Alex Tank is the director of IAF. Previously, he served as the organization's communications and production coordinator. Before joining IAF & Northwestern Michigan College, he served as a developmental studies educator in metro Atlanta fostering the academic growth of college students from all corners of the globe. In addition, Alex worked in marketing in Michigan's craft beer industry. Outside the office, he is an avid record collector, specializing in 78 rpm recordings from the 1920s & 30s.

David Peck is the coordinator for IAF's Academic WorldQuest program. David joins the IAF team with 24 years experience as a secondary social science teacher, both in the parochial and public sector, in Michigan. He has also taught in the United Arab Emirates as a history instructor. Mr. Peck's education includes a MA degree in International Diplomacy via Norwich University. He was also a proud member of the United States Air Force.
